Chicago, Ill. - The UIC volleyball team is geared up to play two Horizon League matches this weekend in Wisconsin. The Flames will battle UW-Green Bay tonight, October 21st at 7 pm and the Panthers of UW-Milwaukee Saturday, October 22nd at 7 pm. UIC enters this weekend's league action with a 10-12 overall record and are 6-1 (first-place) in conference play.

UIC is coming off an enormous 3-2 comeback versus Youngstown State on October 14th. After trailing the Penguins after two games, the Flames rallied back and won three consecutive games to pick up the win and their sixth straight Horizon League victory.

Cleveland State then snapped UIC's six-match winning streak after beating the Flames 3-1 on October 15th. Despite the loss, UIC wrapped up last week's matches with the number one seed in the league.

The Flames will play Bradley, October 25th and Loyola, October 28th to finish out UIC's road schedule for the season. The Flames will then wrap up regular-season action Saturday, November 12th versus the Penguins of Youngstown State.
