UIC Volleyball Match Notes 
Chicago, Ill. - The UIC volleyball team is looking to continue is three-match winning streak against Western Illinois in Macomb, Ill. on Tuesday night.
The Flames (10-12) recorded a 3-0 mark last week with sweeps over Bradley and Youngstown State.
Lana Lobdell earned Horizon League Defensive Player of the Week honors with a team-high 1.60 blocks per set in three matches.
UIC handed Western Illinois a five-set loss on Nov. 11, 2007 at home to widen the series lead to 14 matches (27-14).
Casie Sullivan averages a team-best 2.69 kills per set. Epiphany Davis ranks ninth in the league with 0.91 blocks per set. Katerina Hanackova leads the Flames with 3.05 digs per set.
Western Illinois (7-14) snapped a four-match losing streak on Sunday with a sweep over Oakland at home. The Westerwinds are paced by Monique Houston with 2.77 kills per set.
UIC faces Loyola in Rogers Park on Saturday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m.
