2009 UIC Volleyball Banquet Photo Gallery

CHICAGO - The UIC volleyball team gathered at Connie's Pizza over the weekend to take pause and celebrate a season that saw the Flames advance to the Horizon League semifinals.

At the banquet, head coach Katie Schumacher-Cawley announced the team's award winners, including the 2009 season MVP in junior Jessica Dalke.

"It was a great opportunity to get everyone together to acknowledge the players and thank our parents, booster club members and administration for all of the dedication to the program," said Schumacher-Cawley.

"We made strides this season and did a great job building a solid foundation that will only help us in preparing for the 2010 season."
