A busy fall schedule continues for the UIC swimming and diving team as they return to Horizon League action with a dual meet against Milwaukee Saturday morning. The meet starts at 11:00 am at the Flames Natatorium.
The Flames women were outscored for the first time all season in a quad meet last weekend. Big Ten opponents Northwestern and Rutgers swam past the Flames, while UIC triumphed over Chicago. They'll face another tough challenge in a Milwaukee squad that was voted second in the Horizon League preseason poll, just seven points behind defending champion Oakland.
UIC's men also topped Chicago in a tri-meet last weekend, falling to Northwestern in the other leg. The Flames and Panthers were separated by just four points in the preseason poll as the Flames were picked to finish fourth and Milwaukee was slotted fifth.
