CHICAGO – The UIC women's tennis team is traveling out to compete in the 2025 ITA Midwest Regional, hosted by The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Four Flames will compete, with the two singles finalists and doubles champions earning spots in the NCAA Individuals this fall.
Last Time Out- Chicago Cup
The UIC Flames had an impressive showing at the 2025 Chicago Cup, highlighted by a 6–1 win over Holy Cross. Freshman Joanne Hartono dominated in singles with a 6–1, 6–0 victory, while sophomore Nia Cooper also earned a strong win in straight sets. In doubles, Hartono teamed up with Paula Rodriguez-Gregoris for an 8–5 victory, and Cooper paired with Edit Cosmo to secure a 6–0 win, showcasing the Flames' depth and teamwork heading into the ITA Midwest Regional.
