EVANSVILLE, IND. – The UIC women's golf team concluded its fall schedule at the Braun Intercollegiate, hosted by the University of Evansville at Oak Meadow Country Club. The Flames tied for second in the 12-team field with a two-round team total of 6058 (+50), matching Indian Hills CC and finishing behind Belmont (+23).
Sophomore Camille Rosier led the way for the Flames, firing an even-par 72 in the opening round followed by a 79 in round two to finish at +7, placing third overall individually. Her first-round score was the second-lowest by any Flame this fall.
Junior Alejandra Ereño posted rounds of 77 and 79 to finish at +12, tying for 12th place. Graduate student Montserrat Ramirez followed with scores of 79 and 80 (+15), while sophomore Anastassia Daudin carded 81 and 79 (+16). Sophomore Sydney Terada rounded out the lineup with rounds of 83 and 85 (+24).
FLAMES FACTS
- UIC recorded team rounds of 312 and 318, securing a tie for second place in a competitive 12-team field.
- Rosier's third-place finish marks her fifth top-20 result of the fall and her second top-5.
- Ereño continued her consistent fall with another top-15 showing.
