CHICAGO – After a successful start to the outdoor season, the UIC Flames will head to the Chicagoland Championships hosted by Elmhurst University this Friday and Saturday, April 4th-5th. The meet will take place at Langhorst Field in Elmhurst, Illinois, with the throwing events held on Thursday, April 3rd, though UIC will not be competing in those events.
MEET INFORMATION
Running and field events will begin at 3:00 p.m. (CT) on Friday, with the running events set to start at 11:00 a.m. (CT) and field events at 10:00 a.m. (CT) on Saturday.
The event will take place at Langhorst Field (Elmhurst, IL).

Alessia Sarussi – Competing in the 1500m and 800m on both days. Sarussi holds the UIC school record for the Indoor Mile.

Nyarai Terry – Competing in the 100m Hurdles on Friday. Terry ranks #2 all-time in school history.

Makaya Phillips – Competing in the Long Jump on Saturday. Phillips is ranked #8 all-time in UIC history.

Angel Solis – Competing in the 800m on Saturday. Solis is ranked #3 all-time in UIC history for the Indoor 800m.

Paul Sackman – Competing in the 100m on Friday. Sackman is ranked #7 all-time in UIC history.

Amare Harris – Competing in the 400m on Saturday. Harris holds the #9 all-time spot in UIC history for the Indoor 400m.
