CHICAGO – The Flames open the season in Champaign, Ill., on Friday, August 29
th, as men's and women's cross-country teams will take part in the Illini Open hosted by Illinois. The women are set to begin at 11:00 a.m., with the men following at 11:30 a.m.
"Our 2025 schedule gives us a great opportunity to compete at a few of the best cross-country courses in the country and against several of the top programs in the Midwest," said head coach
Paul Zavala. "We look forward to having an exciting season filled with memorable performances and are prepared for the Championship portion of our season."
The 2025 schedule includes five meets before the Flames compete in the Missouri Valley Conference Championship on October 31

- Nov. 14th – NCAA Midwest Regional Championships
