- The Purple Aces crossed state borders Sunday afternoon to take on Illinois State, losing 82-71. Illinois State opened the scoring, had a few brief exchanges before going on a 13-point run in the first quarter, and never letting go of the lead.
- Sophomore Camryn Runner led the team in scoring with 17 points, including going 9-10 from the free-throw line. She recorded six rebounds, 4 assists, and a steal in 38 minutes. Off the bench, freshman Jelena Savic knocked down 14 points, including four three-pointers.
