BATAVIA, Ohio – In its second event of the 2026 spring season, the UIC golf team placed fifth at Northern Kentucky's Julie Invitational, competing against 11 other schools. The Flames shot 90-over-par as a team in three rounds of play.
The Flames were led by sophomore
Camille Rosier who placed fifth (+11), her third top-five finish of the season and first this spring. Fellow sophomore
Alejandra Ereño and graduate student
Montserrat Ramirez also placed in the top 30, finishing in 19th (+22) and 28th (+27) respectively.
FLAMES FACTS
- Rosier and sophomore Anastassia Daudin each shot a team best round of one-over-par, with Rosier doing it in two of the three rounds.
- The Flames shot the lowest round of any team in the tournament, shooting 11-over-par in the third round.
- The team shot 18 birdies collectively with Daudin leading the team with six birdies across her 54 holes of play.

The Flames will next tee up at the Cardinal Classic, hosted by the University of Louisville on Monday, March 30.
