Tending to the bumps and bruises of the UIC soccer team for the third consecutive season is assistant athletic trainer Noreen Karadsheh.

Karadsheh, a 2002 graduate of UIC, returned to her alma mater in 2005 after spending the previous year and a half at DePaul University as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. At DePaul she was responsible for the men's and women's soccer teams and the track and field squad.

While also working for UIC Sports Medicine, Karadsheh served as the athletic trainer for the Comcast Chicago Bandits of the National Pro Fastpitch softball league from 2005-2006.

Karadsheh is an NATA-certified athletic trainer licensed in Illinois and a performance enhancement specialist (PES) certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, Great Lakes Trainers Association, Illinois Athletic Trainers Association and the American Red Cross.
