Chicago, Ill. - The UIC softball team takes on a rigorous slate of games this week with eight games, including seven road tilts, on the schedule.

The Flames, who have won 15 of their 16 games, begin their tough stretch on Tuesday afternoon by traveling to Peoria, Ill., to meet Bradley in a non-conference doubleheader at 3:00 p.m.

UIC then returns home on Wednesday, April 6th, for a single game at Flames Field, before returning to the road on Thursday, April 7th, for a twin-bill at DePaul. UIC wraps things up this weekend with a three-game Horizon League series at UW-Green Bay.

The Flames are 23-16 overall this season and in first place in the Horizon League with a 3-0 mark.
