The Flames (1-0-1) and the Blazers (1-0-1) kick-off at 7 p.m. at West Campus Field in Birmingham, Ala.

On Sunday the Flames head to Hunstville, Ala. to take on Alabama A&M (0-2-0) at 1 p.m. as part of the Alabama A&M Classic.

UIC is fresh off a thrilling 4-3 victory over then-No. 5 Santa Clara at Flames Field on Monday, marking the highest-ranked opponent the Flames have ever defeated.

Leading the Flames' charge through two matches has been junior Baggio Husidic. The midfielder/forward has two goals and an assist to his credit so far, with his five-point effort this past weekend netting Player of the Week honors from both the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and the Horizon League.

Husidic is one of five UIC players to score thus far in 2008.
