Starting Lineups in PDF Format

CHICAGO - The UIC softball team returns to Horizon League action this evening with the opening game in a three-game series against Detroit at 6:30 p.m.

Fans unable to make the trek to Flames Field can catch all the action with Jordan Birnfield here via stretch internet.

The Flames (12-20, 4-1 Horizon) close out the three-series homestand against the Titans (7-23, 3-8 Horizon) after hosting Youngstown State last weekend and Northern Illinois on Wednesday.

UIC is 4-1 at Flames Field, after sweeping Butler in the opening league series back on March 21-22 and took one of two from the Penguins last weekend in the abbreviated series, as Sunday's contest was canceled due to precipitation.

Both sides will have to face unsavory conditions this evening, as the winds are gusting up to 31 mph.
