CHICAGO - Registration for the UIC Softball Summer Camp for girls ages eight and up is now open.

The Summer Camp will run from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. on June 9 to the 11th, and will cover the fundamentals of offense and defense as well as all positions through various drills and modified gameplay.

The cost of the camp is $150 and registration will be available here via active.com. Campers will get the opportunity to work with the UIC softball coaching staff, as head coach Michelle Venturella, an Olympic gold medalist from the 2000 Sydney games, will be joined by seasoned veterans and Flames' assistant coaches Brooke Monroe and Amanda Scott.
