PENDLETON, Ind.- The UIC softball team used a four-run sixth inning to eliminate Wright State, 9-5, and advance to the 2009 Horizon League Softball Championship finals against Cleveland State at Legends Field on Saturday.

The Flames face the Vikings just after 4 p.m. Eastern today. UIC must beat Cleveland State to force a winner-take-all championship game on Sunday at 9 a.m. Eastern.
