QUICK RECAP
Junior Tess Ehrhardt capped off an impressive cross country season with a 24th-place finish at the 2013 NCAA Midwest Regional and garnered a spot on the All-Region team. As a team, the Flames placed 25th among 30 squads as the meet was hosted by Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. Ehrhardt traversed the 6K course in a total time of 21:06.80 and was followed by sophomore Lauren Lindholm who recorded a time of 22:29.10 for a mile average of 6:02.

- Ehrhardt accumulated an abundance of accolades during the 2013 season. In the month of October, she was selected Horizon League Scholar-Athlete of the Month, Horizon League Women's Athlete of the Year and made the All-League First Team following the 2013 Horizon League Championship.
- In addition, she was named the Horizon League Runner of the Week for three-consecutive weeks and honored as the Illinois National Guard Student-Athlete of the Week two times throughout the course of the season.
