BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – After a strong first-half performance, the UIC women's basketball team (0-2, 0-0 MVC) fell short in the final 20 minutes against Indiana (2-0, 0-0 Big Ten), 72-56.
Redshirt Sophomore
Julia Coleman led the Flames with 20 points, eight rebounds, and two steals. Senior
Jessica Carrothers added 17 points, four rebounds, and three assists. Graduate student
Sara Zabrecky, sophomore
Samantha Serrano, and freshman
Marissa Green each chipped in four points.
